Hexaware concluded CY25 with resilient financial results, demonstrating operational strength amid evolving market dynamics. The company achieved a revenue of INR 134,304 Mn, marking a 12.2% growth, while basic earnings per share rose by 16.2% to INR 22.51. Notably, the company closed the year with no debt and strong operating cash flow of INR 17,391 Mn, enabling consistent investment in platforms, talent, and strategic acquisitions.

Strategic AI Integration

At the core of Hexaware’s success in CY25 is its strategy: “Artificial Intelligence Led. Human Intelligence Perfected.” The company has successfully moved beyond basic automation to implementing agentic AI across multi-step workflows. With over 600 enterprise AI agents launched through its Agentverse™ platform and 99% of the IT workforce trained in AI, Hexaware is industrializing delivery across engineering, data, and IT operations.

Growth Through Strategic M&A

Strategic acquisitions played a pivotal role in the year’s success. The company acquired SMC Squared to boost its Global Capability Center (GCC) enablement capabilities and CyberSolve to deepen its cybersecurity and identity management expertise.
