Union Bank of India Board Announces Change in Directorate

Union Bank of India has announced the departure of Shri Suraj Srivastava, who served as a Part-time Non-Official Director on the Bank’s Board. His one-year tenure officially concluded on April 10, 2026. Consequently, he has ceased to hold his position on the Board effective from April 11, 2026.

Directorate Update

The Board of Union Bank of India has confirmed a change in its composition following the completion of the term for one of its directors. Shri Suraj Srivastava, who held the position of Part-time Non-Official Director, has successfully completed his designated one-year tenure.

Details of Cessation

As per the official notification, the cessation of his role became effective on April 11, 2026, immediately following the conclusion of his term on April 10, 2026. With this development, Shri Srivastava ceases to be a member of the Bank’s Board of Directors.
