His appointment is effective from April 30, 2026, for a period of five consecutive years, concluding on April 29, 2031, subject to approval from the company’s shareholders. In this capacity, he will also serve on various Board committees.

Mr. Srivastava is a Chemical Engineer from IIT Kharagpur and a certified Energy Auditor. His distinguished career spans over 30 years at GAIL (India) Limited, where he has held numerous leadership roles. His background includes extensive experience in operations, project execution, and corporate strategy. He has been instrumental in advancing India’s clean energy goals, notably leading projects such as the installation of one of the country’s largest Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) Green Hydrogen plants and the launch of Small-Scale LNG initiatives.
