Prior to his tenure at Sansera, he served as the Regional Operations Director for Gestamp India Pvt Ltd, where he oversaw multiple manufacturing facilities. His extensive professional background also includes significant roles at American Axles and GKN Group.
Qualifications and Expertise
With an academic foundation in Production Engineering from Pune University, Mr. Kale is a highly qualified professional holding a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Furthermore, he has completed his LEAN Business Excellence graduation in London, UK. His track record of senior leadership and professional development programs positions him well to lead the automotive division of the organization into its next phase of operational excellence.
