Bank of India Announces Strategic Leadership Changes in Senior Management

Bank of India has officially announced key changes to its senior management team, effective April 7, 2026. These strategic appointments involve the transition of senior officials into new roles to oversee technology and information operations at the bank’s head office.

Leadership Transition Details

As part of its organizational realignment, Bank of India has updated the assignments of two senior executives. These changes are intended to optimize the leadership structure within the bank’s core technology and data divisions.

Updated Executive Assignments

The following leadership updates have been confirmed:

  • Shri Satyendra Singh has transitioned from his role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to become the new Chief Information Officer (CIO).
  • Shri Ashutosh Mishra, previously serving as GM of CFTO & Data Analytics, has been appointed as the new General Manager (GM) of IT & Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

These appointments reflect the bank’s continued focus on strengthening its internal IT infrastructure and information management capabilities to support its evolving digital objectives.
