Hexaware’s performance in the 2026 Netherlands IT Sourcing Study marks a significant milestone for the company. In its debut, the firm stood out by achieving a #1 ranking for Value for Money. The study, conducted by Whitelane Research in collaboration with Eraneos, evaluated feedback from 350+ leading organizations. Beyond its primary ranking, Hexaware secured impressive scores in other key performance indicators, including #5 in Account Management Quality (85%), #4 in Security (86%), and #7 in Service Delivery Quality (83%).

Strategic Market Growth

The company has established itself as a strong performer in the Netherlands, ranking among the top 15 IT service providers with an 80% general satisfaction score. Hexaware was identified as one of only five new entrants in a competitive field of 43 service providers. Specifically, in Application Services, the firm broke into the top 10 by market share and achieved a high renewal intention rate. Furthermore, in the Use of AI category, Hexaware placed in the top three, reflecting its commitment to leveraging advanced technology to drive client value.
