Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited announced that the Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the composite scheme of arrangement involving the Company, Apollo Healthco Limited, Keimed Private Limited, and Apollo Healthtech Limited. The approval was granted via letter dated September 23, 2025.
Details of the Scheme
The board of directors had initially approved the scheme during its meeting held on June 30, 2025. The composite scheme involves Apollo Healthco Limited (“Transferor Company 1”), Keimed Private Limited (“Transferor Company 2”), and Apollo Healthtech Limited (“Resultant Company”). The arrangement is pursuant to Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The approval under sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the Competition Act, 2002 has now been granted. The order of the Competition Commission of India is awaited.
