Zensar Technologies Board Approves Expansion into Qatar Market

Zensar Technologies has received in-principle approval from its Board of Directors to expand its global footprint by establishing a new entity or branch in Qatar. The move, formalized during the board meeting held on April 2, 2026, will be executed either directly by the company or through its subsidiaries. This strategic step is part of the company’s broader efforts to scale its international presence within the software and allied services sector.

Strategic Expansion Plans

Following the board meeting held on April 2, 2026, Zensar Technologies has announced plans to establish a new operational presence in Qatar. The company aims to operate either through a direct branch or by incorporating a new entity, positioning itself for potential growth in the region’s expanding IT services landscape.

Capital and Operational Details

Regarding the financial structure of the expansion, the company or its relevant subsidiary will initially subscribe to the minimum capital required for incorporation at face value. The proposed entity, currently identified as Zensar Technologies Qatar (subject to name availability), will focus on the company’s core competencies in software and allied services.

Corporate Structure and Governance

The company has confirmed that the new entity will operate as a step-down subsidiary or branch. In line with standard corporate governance, it will be classified as a related party of the company. However, the organization clarified that its promoters and the promoter group maintain no direct interest in the new entity or branch being established in Qatar, ensuring a transparent execution of this international expansion.
