Mr. Kulshrestha fills the vacancy created by the departure of Mr. S. Raamesh, who ceased his association with the company on January 09, 2026.

Mr. Kulshrestha joins the company with a robust track record spanning 24 years in the retail and IT sectors. His core competencies include end-to-end supply chain management, encompassing procurement, warehousing, distribution, and digital transformation. He has held significant leadership roles at prominent retail organizations, including Trent Hypermarket Pvt. Ltd. and Future Retail Ltd., where he managed large-scale grocery supply chain operations.

In his new capacity, Mr. Kulshrestha is expected to leverage his expertise in process optimization and supply chain network expansion to drive the company’s growth. With a strong academic foundation in Mathematics and Computer Applications, combined with deep proficiency in SAP and other enterprise systems, he will lead the modernization of the company’s supply chain infrastructure to better support its evolving retail footprint.
