V2 Retail Limited Reports Robust Growth for Q4 and FY26

V2 Retail Limited has announced strong financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved a standalone revenue of ₹3,060 crore for FY26, marking a 61% growth over the previous year. Driven by an aggressive store expansion strategy, V2 Retail successfully opened 139 new stores during the year, reaching a total footprint of 325 stores across India as it transitions toward becoming a national value-fashion leader.

Financial Performance Highlights

V2 Retail Limited has concluded the financial year 2026 with significant top-line expansion. For the final quarter (Q4 FY26), standalone revenue reached ₹798 crore, compared to ₹499 crore in the same period last year, representing a 59% year-on-year growth. On an annual basis, the company reported total standalone revenue of ₹3,060 crore, a 61% increase from ₹1,885 crore in FY25.

Operational Excellence and Store Productivity

The company’s focus on a data-backed assortment strategy has yielded positive results in operational efficiency. V2 Retail achieved a Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) of 7.74% during Q4 and ~8.58% for the full financial year. Furthermore, monthly sales per square foot reached ₹794 in the fourth quarter and ₹925 for the full year, indicating the successful ramp-up and productivity of new retail outlets.

Aggressive Network Expansion

Strategic network growth remained a primary driver of performance, with the company adding 139 new stores and closing 3 stores throughout FY26, bringing the total store count to 325. This expansion has successfully increased the total retail footprint to ~35 lakh square feet. The company is witnessing strong momentum in consumption-driven markets, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, as well as positive performance in new territories including Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan, and South India.
