New Appointment
Effective April 1, 2026, the company has appointed Mr. Vinit Kumar to take on the responsibilities of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Mr. Kumar will also serve as the General Counsel for the organization, ensuring continued governance and legal oversight for the company’s operations moving forward.
