ACME Solar Holdings Limited Commissioning of Third Phase of Major BESS Project in Rajasthan

ACME Solar Holdings Limited has announced the commissioning of the third phase of its substantial Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project located in Phalodi and Jodhpur, Rajasthan. This phase adds 33.333 MW/160.51 MWh to the total capacity, bringing the overall commissioned capacity to 100.003 MW / 481.500 MWh. The Commercial Operation Date (COD) for this specific phase is set for April 02, 2026, marking a significant milestone toward completing the 300 MW project.

Key Milestone Achieved for BESS Project

ACME Solar Holdings Limited (“ASHL”), through its subsidiary ACME Sun Power Private Limited, confirmed the successful commissioning of the third phase of its large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project. This project is situated across Village: Badi Sid, Tehsil-Bap, in the districts of Phalodi and Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Capacity Addition Details

The newly commissioned third phase contributes 33.333 MW/160.51 MWh to the operational capacity. This update follows previous intimations made on March 06 and March 12, 2026.

With this latest phase now operational, ACME Sun Power Private Limited has reached a total commissioned capacity of 100.003 MW / 481.500 MWh, out of the total planned capacity of 300 MW/1409.34 MWh for the BESS installation.

Commercial Operation Date Confirmed

The official Commercial Operation Date (COD) for this Phase-III development has been established as April 02, 2026.

The disclosure was formally signed by Rajesh Sodhi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, on March 31, 2026.
