NCC Limited has formally disclosed the receipt of five (5) distinct orders for projects secured during the month of March 2026. The cumulative value of these new contracts amounts to a substantial Rs. 2,469.53 Crore, calculated before the application of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Order Value Breakdown by Division
The recently secured projects show a clear focus on infrastructure development across the company’s main operational segments. The distribution of the total contract value is as follows:
- Water Division: Orders valued at Rs. 1,291.9 Crore.
- Buildings Division: Orders valued at Rs. 793.48 Crore.
- Transportation Division: Orders valued at Rs. 384.15 Crore.
Compliance and Governance Confirmation
In compliance with disclosure requirements, NCC Limited provided two crucial assurances regarding these contract awards:
- These orders were obtained entirely within the normal course of business operations and do not constitute any internal organizational orders.
- There is no interest held by the Promoters, Promoter Group, or Group Companies in the entities that awarded these projects, confirming that they do not fall under the definition of Related Party Transactions.
