It is now confirmed that Shri K. Raj Shekhar, who was serving as General Manager (Finance) and had been designated as the Whole Time CFO, has officially ceased functioning in the capacity of CFO of the Company. This cessation is effective from the close of business on March 31, 2026 (A/N).
Appointment of New Director (Finance) and CFO
Simultaneously, the company has announced the induction of a new member to its Board. Shri Anurag Kapil (DIN: 06640383) has been appointed as the Director (Finance) on the Board of NMDC Steel Limited, effective w.e.f 31.03.2026 (A/N). As per the company structure, Shri Kapil shall automatically be deemed to hold the position of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the company.
