Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited. The scheme details the proposed amalgamation where J.B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited will merge into Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited.
Issuance of Corrigendum Order
The company confirms that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench (“Tribunal”), which previously passed the order sanctioning the amalgamation, has now issued a Corrigendum Order. Both the original order and this subsequent Corrigendum Order were dated March 24, 2026. This communication serves to formally inform the exchanges of the issuance of the clarifying document.
