Titan Company Change in Senior Management Personnel Announced

Titan Company announced a key change in its senior leadership, effective 1st July 2026. Ms. Ruma Kishore has been appointed as the new Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO). This transition coincides with the superannuation of the current CDIO, Mr. Krishnan Venkateswaran, on the same date. Ms. Kishore brings over 28 years of international experience in digital transformation to the role.

Senior Management Transition Confirmed

The Board of Directors of Titan Company Limited has approved the appointment of a new executive to the senior management team. This change follows the recommendation of the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Appointment of New Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO)

Ms. Ruma Kishore has been appointed as the Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO). This appointment will be effective from 1st July 2026. Ms. Kishore is an accomplished digital leader with over 28 years of international experience, focusing on integrating business strategy and technology for global organizations.

  • She has a proven track record in leading award-winning digital transformations and optimizing worldwide operations.
  • She has received recognition as India’s top woman IT leader from The Economic Times and Indian Express.
  • Ms. Kishore is the first female recipient of the IIM Mumbai’s Distinguished Alumna award and currently serves on its Board of Governors.

Cessation of Current CDIO

Concurrently, the current CDIO, Mr. Krishnan Venkateswaran, a Senior Management Personnel, shall superannuate from the services of the Company, effective 1st July 2026.

Details of Change

The change in personnel is classified as an appointment for Ms. Kishore and a cessation due to superannuation for Mr. Venkateswaran. Both effective dates are set for 1st July 2026. Disclosure confirms that there are no applicable relationships between the incoming director (Ms. Kishore) and current directors of the Company.
