Puravankara Unveils 30 New Projects Worth ₹55,000 Crores in South India and Mumbai

Puravankara Limited announced plans to launch 30 new projects over the next 24 months across South India and Mumbai, targeting a Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding Rs 55,000 crores. This expansion covers nearly 51.14 million sq. ft. of developable area. The company also reinforced its sustainability goals by pledging to plant 1 million trees by 2030 under the WEF’s 1t.org initiative.

Aggressive Growth Pipeline Announced

Puravankara Limited detailed an ambitious expansion strategy, planning to unveil 30 new projects over the next two years, concentrated primarily in South India and Mumbai. This pipeline represents a significant step-up in the company’s growth trajectory, estimated to yield a Gross Development Value (GDV) of over Rs 55,000 crores. The total developable area associated with these launches is nearly 51.14 million sq. ft.

A substantial portion of these projects is currently in the approval stage, with the remainder in the design phase, indicating a fast-tracked execution schedule.

Current Momentum and Financial Health

The announcement highlights strong operating momentum. As of the nine months of FY26 (9MFY26), Puravankara reported pre-sales of Rs 3,859 crores and customer collections totaling Rs 3,045 crores, reflecting sustained demand.

Managing Director Ashish Puravankara noted that this next growth phase is backed by strong organizational capabilities and a high-quality project pipeline across key urban markets. CEO – South, Mallanna Sasalu, emphasized a clear, agile execution roadmap designed to create integrated communities.

Economic Contribution and Sustainability Pledge

This scale of development is expected to generate approximately 8 million man-days of direct employment annually and provide impetus to over 250 ancillary industries within the real estate ecosystem.

In line with its Golden Jubilee year commitments, Puravankara is enhancing its sustainability focus. The company reaffirmed its pledge to plant 1 million trees by 2030 through the World Economic Forum’s 1t.org initiative. This commitment will be marked by the upcoming Puravankara 10k Run on March 29, 2026, where an initial 10,000 trees are slated for planting.
