To facilitate the dividend payout, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will close from Thursday, April 23, 2026, to Wednesday, April 29, 2026 (both days inclusive). The designated Record Date for determining eligible members for the dividend payment is Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
Appointment of Additional and Independent Director
Based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee’s recommendation, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Siraj Azmat Chaudhry (DIN: 00161853) as an Additional Director and Independent Director. This appointment is subject to approval by the Members at the 70th AGM. The term of appointment is set for five (5) consecutive years, commencing from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2031. Mr. Chaudhry is confirmed not to be related to any existing Directors and is not debarred or disqualified from holding a directorship.
