Cessation of Current Officer
Mr. Deepak S Pandya, who has served as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer since August 2015, is set to retire. The cessation of his services will be effective from the closure of business hours on March 31, 2026, following over a decade of dedicated service to the Company.
Appointment of Successor
Mr. Puneet Bansal will assume the role of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. His appointment will take effect from April 1, 2026. Mr. Bansal joins the role on a Full Time Employment basis.
Profile of Incoming Company Secretary
Mr. Puneet Bansal is described as a seasoned Company Secretary and Legal Professional bringing over three decades of diverse experience in areas including Corporate Governance, Organisational Restructuring, M&A, and Enterprises Risk Management. He joined the Adani Group in 2021 as the Group Head – Governance & Secretarial, overseeing governance functions across various group entities. Prior roles include serving as Company Secretary and/or General Counsel for major firms such as Pidilite Industries, Grasim Industries, KPIT Infosystems, and RP Goenka Group.
