Mr. Kumar rejoins Sonata Software, having previously served at One97 Communications (Paytm), where he held the position of CHRO. His extensive career includes significant senior HR roles at prominent organizations such as L&T Infotech, Microsoft, Citibank, Coca-Cola, and Unilever.

Academically, Balaji is a Management Graduate from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). Furthermore, he possesses a master’s degree in law and has prior experience practicing law. His diverse background spans key areas including talent management, organizational development, and labour & employment laws.
