ACME Solar Holdings Second Phase Commissioning of 33.335 MW BESS Project in Rajasthan

ACME Solar Holdings Limited has announced the successful commissioning of the second phase of its major Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Rajasthan. This phase adds 33.335 MW/160.51 MWh, bringing the total commissioned capacity to 66.67 MW / 320.99 MWh against the total planned 300 MW/1409.34 MWh. The Commercial Operation Date (COD) for this second tranche is set for March 14, 2026.

Completion of BESS Project Second Phase

ACME Solar Holdings Limited (ASHL), through its subsidiary ACME Sun Power Private Limited, has achieved a significant milestone in its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) development. The company has commissioned the second phase of the project located in Village: Badi Sid, District: Phalodi and Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

This newly commissioned segment adds a capacity of 33.335 MW/160.51 MWh. The Commercial Operation Date (COD) for this stated Phase-II is confirmed as March 14, 2026.

Total Capacity Update

Following this commissioning, the total operational capacity of the BESS project has increased substantially. ASHL has now achieved a commissioned capacity of 66.67 MW / 320.99 MWh.

This represents partial progress toward the overall planned capacity of the facility, which stands at 300 MW/1409.34 MWh.
