(EDL) announced the successful sale of over 500 units in Embassy Verde Phase II, the latest residential offering at its master-planned community, Embassy Springs, North Bengaluru. The sales generated a total topline of approximately ₹495 crore within just 4 days. This reflects strong sustained demand for integrated township living, focusing on security, open spaces, and holistic lifestyle continuity for homebuyers in the region.

Embassy Developments Limited (EDL) has achieved a significant milestone with the successful launch and sale of Embassy Verde Phase II, part of its flagship development, Embassy Springs, located in North Bengaluru. The project recorded sales worth approximately ₹495 crore, finalizing these transactions in a short span of only 4 days.

Reeza Sebastian Karimpanal, Chief Revenue Officer – Residential, stated that the response validates the sustained demand for integrated township living, where homebuyers prioritize security, lifestyle continuity, and managed environments over standalone apartments.

Details of Embassy Verde Phase II

Embassy Verde Phase II is situated within the 288-acre Embassy Springs township. The phase launched offers a saleable area of 7.38 lakh square feet and comprises a total of 702 residential units. The unit configurations cater to diverse needs, including 1, 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK apartments, with sizes ranging from 601 to 1,344 square feet, designed to maximize natural light and space optimization.

North Bengaluru Strategic Focus

The success underscores North Bengaluru’s importance as a strategic growth area for EDL. The company has already launched approximately ₹4,300 crore of Gross Development Value (GDV) in North Bengaluru in FY26. Furthermore, EDL has planned an estimated ~₹12,500 crore of GDV across its upcoming phases in this micro-market, signaling aggressive expansion plans.
