Reliance Retail Limited announced on March 9, 2026, that it has completed the acquisition of the brand ‘Pahadi Local’ and its associated business from Pahadi Goodness Private Limited. ‘Pahadi Local’ is recognized for its fast-growing, nature-led beauty and wellness products featuring Himalayan-inspired formulations.

The acquisition aligns with Reliance Retail’s strategy to build and scale purpose-driven Indian brands using its extensive retail ecosystem.
