A total of nine executives have been elevated to the role of Executive Director (Senior Management). This move aims to place experienced personnel in key leadership positions across the company’s diverse operational and administrative domains.

Profiles of Newly Appointed Executive Directors

The following individuals have been promoted:

1. Shri Satyabadi Mishra

Shri Mishra, who joined NALCO on 28/01/1988, was previously CGM (CPP). He was responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of the Captive Power Plant and Utkal Coal Mine at Angul.

2. Shri Gautam Harichandan Mahapatra

Having joined on 19/01/1994, Shri Mahapatra previously served as EPO-ED (Marketing). His focus was maximizing domestic sales and enhancing realization through value-added products.

3. Shri Ravi Manie

Shri Manie joined on 19/01/1994. Prior to his elevation, he was CGM & Sr.TS to CMD, responsible for Project and Technological transformation.

4. Shri Asutosh Rath

Shri Rath began his tenure on 08/12/1990. He was previously responsible for all HR activities, including talent acquisition, performance management, HR digitalization, and corporate governance.

5. Shri Sachidananda Jena

A long-serving employee since 20/04/1989, Shri Jena was the EPO-ED(S&P), overseeing overall Administration, Operation, and Maintenance of the Smelter & Power Complex at Angul.

6. Shri Sandeep Darbari

Shri Darbari joined on 05/10/1994. As CGM (Marketing), he was responsible for government coordination, parliamentary engagement, and sales of aluminium metal and alumina in the Northern region.

7. Shri Venkata Subba Rao Amperayani

Shri Amperayani, who started on 20/04/1989, was the CGM (PF), managing Port Facility operations, bulk material handling, and rail-port coordination.

8. Shri Amarendra Kumar Mishra

Joining on 19/01/1994, Shri Mishra, as EPO-ED (M&R), was responsible for the overall Administration, Operation, and Maintenance of the Mines and Refinery Complex at Damanjodi.

9. Shri Vedula Surendra Sai Anand

Shri Anand joined NALCO on 20/04/1989. He previously served as EPO-ED(Project), handling administration and execution of expansion projects at the M&R Complex, Damanjodi.
