Nestlé India has announced a leadership transition within its Senior Management Personnel. Ms. Krishna Guha Roy, Head of IS/ IT & Nestlé Business Excellence, will be taking on a new leadership role within the global Nestlé group, with her cessation effective on March 31, 2026. She will be succeeded by Mr. Prateek Tripathi, who takes charge starting April 1, 2026, subject to necessary approvals.
Executive Leadership Transition Announced
Nestlé India Limited has formally disclosed changes within its Senior Management Personnel, in line with the company’s internal succession planning and group reorganization efforts. The announcement was dated March 6, 2026.
Cessation of Current Head
Ms. Krishna Guha Roy, currently serving as the Head – IS/ IT & Nestlé Business Excellence (Senior Management Personnel), will be stepping down from her role. Her effective date of cessation is March 31, 2026. Ms. Roy is transitioning to take on a significant new leadership role within the broader global Nestlé group structure.
Appointment of Successor
Mr. Prateek Tripathi has been nominated to succeed Ms. Roy in the role of Head – IS/ IT & Nestlé Business Excellence (Senior Management Personnel). His appointment is effective from April 1, 2026, pending all required internal and external approvals.
Profile of Mr. Prateek Tripathi
Mr. Tripathi is 45 years old and joined Nestlé in 2019. He is currently serving as the Data Governance Lead for the Zone AOA of Nestlé group, a position he has held since February 2025. His prior experience includes key leadership roles at major organizations such as GE, Citibank, Parle Agro, and Nielsen, accumulating over 21 years of professional experience.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Math Computer Science-Statistics and a PG Diploma in Business Management. Since joining Nestlé as Data Analytics Manager, he has been described as the driving force behind Analytics and Data Integration in the South Asia Region, focusing on data governance compliance and optimization opportunities.
