Lumax Auto Technologies Limited has announced a key change in its Senior Management Personnel, effective March 05, 2026. Ms. Pooja Minocha has been appointed as the new Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). Concurrently, Mr. Suresh Kumar Dwivedi will step down from his designation as Senior Management Personnel, though he will continue his role as Assistant Vice President – IR & Admin.
Key Appointment in Senior Management
Lumax Auto Technologies Limited confirmed a significant reshuffle within its key managerial roles, effective March 05, 2026. Following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Ms. Pooja Minocha.
Ms. Minocha has been designated as the Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) and is now classified as Senior Management Personnel of the Company. Her appointment is for a full-time employment term.
Cessation of Senior Management Status
In connection with Ms. Minocha’s joining, Mr. Suresh Kumar Dwivedi, who was previously designated as Senior Management Personnel while serving as Assistant Vice President – IR & Admin, will cease to hold the Senior Management designation, effective March 05, 2026. It is important to note that Mr. Dwivedi will continue in his substantive role as Assistant Vice President – IR & Admin of the Company.
Profile of New CHRO
Ms. Pooja Minocha brings extensive experience to the role. She is a Commerce Graduate holding a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (HR) from the Institute of Technology & Management (ITM), Mumbai. Her professional background includes over 22 years of global experience in the Human Resources function.
Her previous roles involved working as Global Director with major organizations, including MSD India (Merck), Advanz Pharma, and Bharti AXA Life Insurance. Her most recent employment was with Bata India, where she served as CHRO & Vice President, bringing deep expertise in HR and OD strategies, executive compensation, and talent development.
Ms. Minocha has no disclosure relationships with any existing Director of the Company.
