Lumax Auto Technologies Limited has approved the appointment of Ms. Pooja Minocha as the new Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), effective March 05, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Suresh Kumar Dwivedi will cease to be designated as Senior Management Personnel, although he will continue in his role as Assistant Vice President – IR & Admin. Ms. Minocha brings over 22 years of global HR and OD strategy experience to the organization.
Senior Management Personnel Change Approved
The Board of Directors of Lumax Auto Technologies Limited, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, formally approved a key change in its senior leadership team on March 05, 2026.
Effective from the same date, Ms. Pooja Minocha has been appointed as the Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) and designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company. Her appointment is for a Full time employment term.
Cessation of Senior Management Designation
As a consequence of Ms. Minocha’s joining, Mr. Suresh Kumar Dwivedi, who was previously designated as Senior Management Personnel while serving as Assistant Vice President – IR & Admin, will cease to hold that specific designation, effective March 05, 2026. It is confirmed that Mr. Dwivedi will continue his duties as Assistant Vice President – IR & Admin within the Company.
Profile of the New CHRO
Ms. Pooja Minocha is highly qualified, holding a Commerce Graduate degree and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (HR) from the Institute of Technology & Management (ITM), Mumbai. She possesses extensive professional experience, totaling over 22 years of global experience in the Human Resources function, including deep expertise in HR and OD strategies, executive compensation, and talent development.
Her previous senior roles included serving as Global Director with renowned organizations such as MSD India (Merck), Advanz Pharma, and Bharti AXA Life Insurance. Her most recent position prior to this appointment was as CHRO & Vice President at Bata India.
