Following the private placement, Premier Energies now holds a controlling stake of 51% of the paid-up equity share capital. Transaction Details
The transaction involved the acquisition of 1,04,550 equity shares, which were allotted via a preferential basis through a private placement. The total consideration paid for these shares amounted to INR 10,45,500 (Rupees Ten Lakhs Forty Five Thousand Five Hundred only).
Resulting Control and Subsidiary Status
Upon the completion of this acquisition, Premier Energies Limited’s shareholding in HeliosAnthos Energies Private Limited now stands at 51% of the paid-up equity share capital. As a direct result of achieving this majority stake, HeliosAnthos Energies Private Limited has officially become a subsidiary of Premier Energies Limited, effective as of March 03, 2026.
