The appointment is effective from the forenoon of 02nd March, 2026. The Board issued a posting order confirming that Shri Pandey has been absorbed permanently into RVNL from the Railway Service. His term of appointment is set to continue till superannuation.

Shri Manoj Kumar Pandey is an officer of the IRSEE 1999 batch. His professional background includes six years at Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW), focusing on locomotive manufacturing, and an additional 12 years dedicated to construction and railway electrification projects. He initially joined RVNL on 28th February 2020 on deputation, where he played a critical role in securing domestic and international projects before this permanent absorption.
