Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced on March 2, 2026, the launch of its new offering, the TCS Workspace Experience Studio, which is now engineered with Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX). This joint solution aims to herald a new era in enterprise digital workspace innovation by embedding zero-trust security, advanced observability, and AI-powered experience analytics.
The primary goal is to deliver a truly seamless, resilient, and proactive digital environment for the global workforce. This integration leverages Zscaler OneAPI for automation of Zscaler services, adding advanced Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) and enhanced cyber security capabilities to TCS’s existing Human-Centric AI portfolio.

TCS has already successfully deployed the solution for a leading Scottish multinational engineering company.
