MOIL Limited announced price adjustments for various grades of Manganese Ore, effective from February 1, 2026, applicable for the Jan-Mar’2026 quarter. Most Ferro grades (Mn 44% and above) and Chemical grades saw a 5% increase. However, the SMGR (Mn-30%) and Fines grades also increased by 5%, while the specific grade UKF532 saw a substantial 10% hike. Several other key grades, including SMGR (Mn 25% and 20%), saw prices continued from January 2026.
MOIL Manganese Ore Price Adjustments for February 2026
MOIL Limited has informed the exchanges regarding the revision in selling prices for different grades of Manganese Ore for the month of February 2026, effective from 01.02.2026. These revisions pertain to the running Quarter of Jan-Mar’2026.
Key Price Revisions (5% Increase)
The following major categories received a 5% price increase based on the rates prevailing since 01.01.2026:
- All Ferro grades with Manganese content of Mn- 44% and above.
- All other Ferro grades with Manganese content below Mn-44%, with the exception of grade BG4584, which maintained the January 2026 price.
- SMGR (Mn-30%) and Fines grades.
- All Chemical grades.
Exceptions and Price Continuations
Several specific grades saw either exceptions to the general upward trend or maintained existing pricing structures:
- The price for SMGR (Mn 25%) grades has been continued for February 2026 at the prevailing rate since 01.01.2026.
- The price for SMGR (Mn 20%) grades has also been continued for the month.
- For Metal Mandi Fines, grades DBF575 and MSF592 (excluding UKF532) have been continued.
- Crucially, the price for UKF532 (a specific Fines grade) has been increased by a significant 10% over the January 2026 price.
- The basic price of EMD at Rs.1,90,000/- PMT has been continued throughout February 2026.
All effective changes are applied starting from the midnight of 31.01.2026 / 01.02.2026.
