Central Bank of India Announces Distribution Agreement with ICICI Prudential AMC for Mutual Fund Products

Central Bank of India has finalized a Distribution Agreement with ICICI Prudential AMC Limited to offer its comprehensive suite of Mutual Fund Products to the bank’s extensive customer base. This partnership aims to enable customers to enhance their savings value through various investment offerings. ICICI Prudential AMC, established in 1993, currently manages an AUM of over Rs. 11.15 Lakhs Crores as of December 2025, serving more than 1.5 Crore investors.

Strategic Partnership for Customer Wealth Creation

Central Bank of India has formally entered into a Distribution Agreement with M/s. ICICI PRUDENTIAL AMC LIMITED. This critical collaboration will allow Central Bank of India to offer the diverse Mutual Fund Products managed by ICICI Prudential AMC directly to its customer base.

The objective of this arrangement is to provide the bank’s customers with an enhanced opportunity to realize the full value of their savings through professional asset management offerings.

M/s. ICICI PRUDENTIAL AMC LIMITED was established in the year 1993. It operates as a Joint Venture between ICICI Bank and Prudential PLC, London.

The company is recognized as one of India’s leading asset management firms. As of December, 2025, the firm managed a substantial total Assets Under Management (AUM) amounting to Rs. 11.15 Lakhs Crores. These investment offerings cater to a vast network of over 1.5 Crore investors across India.
