Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (SAMIL) has successfully incorporated a new, wholly owned subsidiary named Motherson Energy Systems Naarangwadi Limited (“MESNL”). The incorporation date for MESNL was officially recorded as February 24, 2026.
MESNL is a subsidiary of Motherson New Energy Limited (“MNEL”), which itself is a wholly owned subsidiary of SAMIL. The entire share capital of the newly formed entity is held by MNEL, along with its 6 nominees.
Strategic Purpose and Business Focus
The primary business objective of MESNL is focused on the Energy sector. Specifically, the subsidiary will be engaged in the business of designing, developing, owning, and operating power, energy, and infrastructure projects.
