HEG Limited has disclosed a significant development concerning its Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS), TACC Limited, through a filing dated February 24, 2026. The core announcement details a long-term agreement between TACC and INOX Air Products Private Limited (INOXAP).
This partnership focuses on supplying Nitrogen crucial for TACC’s upcoming greenfield manufacturing facility located in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. This facility is designated for the production of lithium-ion battery-grade graphite anode material.
INOXAP’s Onsite Nitrogen Supply Commitment
INOXAP will establish and operate a dedicated Nitrogen plant onsite at TACC’s facility based on a Build, Own and Operate (BOO) basis. This arrangement is designed to ensure a consistent, safe, and high-purity supply of Nitrogen, essential for meeting TACC’s precise manufacturing standards.
