Effective February 23, 2026, the company’s Material Subsidiary, Tek Travels DMCC, UAE, has appointed Ms. Aditi Madhok-Naarden as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new capacity, Ms. Madhok-Naarden will spearhead the company’s comprehensive global people strategy.

Ms. Madhok-Naarden joins TBO with an impressive tenure spanning over two decades of international HR leadership. Her expertise covers diverse sectors, including Technology, Financial Services, Food & Beverages, and FMCG. She has previously held senior roles at globally recognized organizations such as Lloyds Banking Group, MasterCard, Deutsche Bank, IBM, and Infosys. Her achievements include leading large-scale transformation programs and driving significant equity, diversity, and inclusion agendas across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and the Americas.
Academically, Ms. Madhok-Naarden is a British Chevening Scholar, holding an MSc in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has also received accolades for Change Management and was recognized as a finalist for ‘Best Workplace Culture & Engagement’ at the HRM Awards.
