Promotions and Appointments

- Shri. Mahendra K Agrawal: Received a Promotion to the position of Executive Director (Finance), covering the Trombay & Thal Units. This change was effective from February 14, 2026. Shri. Agrawal possesses over 30 years’ experience in the fertilizer industry, managing critical functions including project financing, account finalization, and forex transactions since joining RCF in 1995.
- Shri. Deepak D Jambhulkar: Appointed as General Manager, reporting to the Talcher location. His appointment became effective on February 14, 2026. Shri. Jambhulkar is a Chemical Engineer who joined RCF in May 1990 as a Management Trainee and has extensive experience in various plant operations, including Methanol, Ammonia V, and Suphala plants.
