Choice International Limited has officially informed stakeholders regarding a significant development concerning its material subsidiary, M/s. Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited (CCSPL). On February 18, 2026, CCSPL achieved a major milestone in a corporate insolvency resolution process.

Successful Bid for Feedback Infra

CCSPL has been formally declared the Successful Resolution Applicant for Feedback Infra Private Limited (the “Corporate Debtor”). This declaration was made by the Committee of Creditors operating under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

Receipt of Letter of Intent

Further to this declaration, CCSPL has received a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) from the Resolution Professional of Feedback Infra Private Limited. This LOI confirms that the proposed Resolution Plan submitted by CCSPL was approved by the Committee of Creditors with the requisite majority.

Conditions for Implementation

The execution and implementation of the approved Resolution Plan are subject to the standard terms and conditions outlined in the LOI. Crucially, the implementation also requires the final approval of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and any other applicable regulatory or judicial authorities.
