Cessation of Directors

The company confirmed that Smt. Manasi Sahay Thakur (DIN: 07647316) and Smt. Tanvi Garg (DIN: 05165139) have ceased to hold the position of Director on the Board of HPIL, effective immediately from the date of the order.

New Director Appointments

In the same order, two new members were appointed to the Board of Directors, effective from the date of the order:

  • Shri Pradeep Kumar Jha (DIN 07640619), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs (MoHUA).
  • Shri Shyam Lal Poonia (DIN 07554713), Land & Development Officer, Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs.

Director Compliance Affirmation

HPIL affirmed that both newly appointed Directors are not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any regulatory order or authority. Furthermore, the company stated that the new appointees do not possess any inter-se relationship with any existing Directors of the Company.

Shri Shyam Lal Poonia is also an IAS officer of the Manipur Cadre, holding M.Sc. degrees in Agronomy. His training emphasizes a data-driven approach to governance and policy evaluation. He is recognized for his methodical work ethic and clarity in decision-making. Presently, he serves as Director (Central Vista) and Director, Land and Development Office (L&DO), within the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India.
