Following the latest transactions, the total holding has increased to 2,04,70,775 shares, which now constitutes 5.0804% of the total equity share capital of Syngene International Limited.

The acquisition details confirm that the acquirer purchased 5,74,635 shares through the transactions, representing a 2.6115% increase in voting rights.

The Mode of acquisition was through the Open Market. The transactions were executed over an extended period, commencing on July 29, 2015, and concluding on February 13, 2026.

The reported equity share capital details for Syngene International Limited remain consistent before and after the acquisition. The total voting capital is valued at Rs 4,02,93,94,200/-, based on 40,29,39,420 shares at a face value of Rs. 10 per share.
