Hexaware Unveils Joint Offerings with Replit to Accelerate Enterprise Software Prototyping and Production

Hexaware Technologies has partnered with Replit to launch integrated joint offerings centered on Hexaware’s agentic AI platform, RapidX. The collaboration aims to enable enterprises to move from natural-language prototyping to production-ready applications faster. Key benefits include shortened decision cycles, enterprise-grade security, and seamless transition paths for both new builds and modernization projects starting February 17, 2026.

Hexaware and Replit Announce Strategic AI Integration

On February 17, 2026, Hexaware Technologies announced a significant expansion of its strategic partnership with Replit, launching joint offerings designed to enhance software engineering workflows. The core of this integration involves embedding Replit’s natural-language AI platform directly into Hexaware’s agentic AI platform, RapidX, enabling rapid prototyping to productionizing for enterprise applications.

This unified approach allows enterprises to validate ideas earlier, scale successful prototypes into enterprise-grade systems with greater governance, and empower non-technical staff to participate directly in software creation across both greenfield and brownfield projects.

Partnership Highlights and Benefits

The enhanced collaboration focuses on delivering continuity and control across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Key highlights include:

  • Enterprise-ready rapid prototyping: RapidX AI SMEs translate requirements into blueprints, which Replit converts into working prototypes quickly, fostering faster stakeholder feedback.
  • Seamless prototype-to-production path: RapidX provides necessary engineering rigor and architecture guidance, while Replit offers the development environment to evolve prototypes into production applications with continuity.
  • Faster application delivery: The integration accelerates implementation, shortening the journey from initial idea to deployable software across modernization and new build programs.
  • Enterprise-grade security and governance: The combination ensures traceability and adherence to standards, supporting delivery in large-scale and regulated environments.

Commitment to AI Advancement

As part of this initiative, Hexaware has established a dedicated Center of Excellence (CoE) for AI within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) at its Chennai facility. The CoE will serve as a global hub for RapidX-powered delivery, applied research, and hands-on enablement of agentic development practices.

Early engagements have already shown impact in scenarios such as pharmaceutical commerce platform simulations and accelerated prototyping to reduce decision cycles.

Executive Commentary

Amjad Masad, Founder & CEO of Replit, stated that teams are now using Replit with Hexaware and RapidX to prototype faster and move from concept to production with more confidence in a secure environment.

R. Srikrishna, CEO & Executive Director of Hexaware, emphasized that expanding the partnership brings complementary strengths to help customers deliver software more predictably and with greater impact.

Sanjay Salunkhe, President & Global Head – Digital and Software Services, Hexaware, added that the partnership helps clients shorten delivery cycles and reduce rework through early validation.
