This appointment follows the unanimous recommendation from both the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee of the Board. The formal approval for the change took place during a brief Board meeting held on February 14, 2026, commencing at 7:50 p.m. IST.
Profile of the New Group CFO
Mr. Mattapalli brings substantial financial expertise, boasting an extensive career spanning over 30 years in driving P&L growth and business transformation across international corporations.

- He previously served as a Senior Vice President at Genpact (NYSE: G), where he held multiple leadership roles, including Business CFO for the Hi-Tech and Manufacturing vertical.
- His contributions at Genpact included leading a global Workday implementation and a major cost transformation program.
- Prior roles involved significant responsibilities at firms such as eFunds (FIS), Hindustan Coca-Cola, and Colgate-Palmolive, focusing on SBU finance, ERP implementations, and brand P&L management.
Educational Qualifications:
Mr. Mattapalli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Osmania University and is a qualified ICWA professional. Furthermore, he is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore, where he completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, specializing in Finance and International Business.
