The Board has formally sanctioned the commencement of an evaluation process concerning the potential internal restructuring and consolidation affecting the aluminium products business.

Scope of Consolidation

The proposed evaluation covers the restructuring of the aluminium products business currently held by the Company, alongside its respective wholly owned subsidiaries engaged in the same sector. The objective is to consolidate these operations into a single wholly owned subsidiary.
