Shri Naik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and is a certified professional in Advanced Project Management. Prior to this appointment, he held senior roles at RITES Limited, including Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he led teams in business development and execution.

His strategic vision for IRCON emphasizes leveraging its strengths to become a one-stop provider of engineering solutions, focusing on integrating Artificial Intelligence and adopting global best practices.

It is confirmed that Shri Rajesh Naik is not related to any other Director currently serving on the IRCON Company Board.
