Deepak Nitrite Limited has formally submitted its Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, to the stock exchanges. This submission follows an earlier filing on February 12, 2026, and now includes the Limited Review Report, which was temporarily unavailable due to the ICAI website maintenance, hence providing the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).

Standalone Performance Highlights (Quarter Ended Dec 31, 2025)

The standalone performance for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, showed a Total Income of ₹698.79 Crore, compared to ₹559.27 Crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The Net Profit for the period stood at ₹8.14 Crore. Total Expenses for the quarter were ₹676.63 Crore.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the Total Income reached ₹2,034.26 Crore, resulting in a Net Profit of ₹150.09 Crore.

Consolidated Financial Summary

On a consolidated basis, the results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, show Total Income of ₹1,983.47 Crore, against ₹1,924.39 Crore in the previous year’s comparable quarter. The consolidated Net Profit attributable to Owners of the Company for the quarter was ₹99.79 Crore. Total Comprehensive Income for the quarter was ₹101.22 Crore.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Consolidated Total Income was ₹5,819.75 Crore, and the Net Profit attributable to Owners of the Company was significantly higher at ₹330.71 Crore.

Segmental Analysis Overview

Consolidated Segment Revenue

The Consolidated Segment Revenue for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, was led by the Phenolics segment, contributing ₹1,333.79 Crore to the total revenue of ₹1,974.97 Crore from operations. The Advanced Intermediates segment contributed ₹652.45 Crore.

Segment Results Before Tax (Consolidated)

For the quarter, the Phenolics segment reported a segment result before tax of ₹145.32 Crore, significantly outpacing the Advanced Intermediates segment’s result of ₹14.94 Crore. Total Profit Before Tax for the Group stood at ₹137.97 Crore for the quarter, inclusive of exceptional items.

Key Notes and Auditor Review

Management provided clarifications on several points, notably noting that Other Income for the standalone entity included ₹91.00 Crore in Dividend Income from Deepak Phenolics Limited for the quarter. Furthermore, an Exceptional Item amounting to ₹10.51 Crore was recognized in the standalone results related to the provision assessment under the new ‘Labour Codes’.

The financial statements have received an Independent Auditor’s Review Report for both standalone and consolidated results from Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, dated February 12, 2026.
