The project involves the Redevelopment of GPRA Colony at Netaji Nagar, New Delhi. The scope of work, designated as PKG – IV, mandates the construction of Type-V quarters (540 Nos), a Community Hall, Miscellaneous Buildings, and allied facilities.
The work will be executed on an EPC (Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis, which also includes an Operation & Maintenance period for five years. The total contract cost is substantial, amounting to Rs. 615, 53, 25, 203/- Crores (Rupees Six Hundred Fifteen Crores Fifty-Three Lakh Twenty – Five Thousand Two Hundred Three Only), inclusive of all applicable statutory levies.
