Key highlights show a strong standalone performance, with Profit Before Tax (PBT) reaching ₹4,776.50 lakhs for the quarter and a total comprehensive income of ₹3,297.28 lakhs. Unaudited Financial Performance (Standalone)

Shaily Engineering Plastics Limited submitted its financial outcomes for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. On a standalone basis, Total Income for the quarter stood at ₹23,661.54 lakhs, compared to ₹18,674.76 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the quarter was ₹4,776.50 lakhs. For the nine-month period ending December 31, 2025, standalone PBT reached ₹15,091.27 lakhs.

Net Profit After Tax (NPAT) for the quarter was ₹3,563.65 lakhs. Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the quarter stood at ₹7.75 (Basic).

Consolidated Financial Summary

The consolidated results reflect the performance of the Group, including subsidiaries Shaily Innovations Ltd and Shaily Innovation FZCO. Consolidated Total Income for the quarter ending December 31, 2025, was ₹25,057.04 lakhs, showing growth over the previous year’s comparable quarter figure of ₹19,801.86 lakhs.

Consolidated Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the quarter was ₹4,951.24 lakhs, leading to a Consolidated Net Profit After Tax (NPAT) of ₹3,738.06 lakhs. The Consolidated Total Comprehensive Income for the quarter was reported at ₹3,555.72 lakhs.

Key Operational and Accounting Notes

The Board of Directors approved these results during a meeting held on Thursday, February 12, 2026. A significant operational note pertains to the recent notification of the four Labour Codes by the Government of India. In response, the company has reassessed its employee benefit obligations and recognized an incremental liability of ₹90 lakhs towards gratuity during the current quarter and nine-month period.

Furthermore, the company confirms that it operates in a single business segment, identified as ‘Manufacturing of customised components of plastic and other materials’, as per Ind AS 108.
