Q3 FY26 Financial Performance Overview

Happiest Minds Technologies Limited’s Board of Directors approved the financial statements for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. The company highlighted robust figures across key metrics for the reporting period:

  • Revenues: Totaled $65.7 Mn. CC Revenue Growth was 7.1% Year-over-Year (YoY).
  • Operating Margin: Stood at ₹10,087 Lakhs, reflecting a YoY increase of 8.8%.
  • EBITDA: Recorded at ₹12,283 Lakhs, showing a YoY growth of 5.1%.
  • Adjusted PAT: Increased by 13.0% YoY, totaling ₹6,992 Lakhs.

CEO Joseph Anantharaju noted that Adjusted PAT, when excluding non-cash acquisition costs and the one-time wage code charge, stood at 11.6% for the quarter, up from 11.0% the previous quarter. The company continues to focus on long-term value creation via its AI First approach.
