The disposal was executed at a rate of Rs. 49.65 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of Rs. 247,51,98,520.65 (Two Hundred and Forty-Seven Crores Fifty-One Lakhs Ninety-Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty Rupees and Sixty-Five Paise). This volume represents 3.37% of the total equity share capital of LEWL. The transfer was specifically conducted as a “Block Deal” to Thriveni Earthmovers Private Limited, which is noted as the investment arm of Mr. Balasubramanian Prabhakaran.
Holding Before and After Sale
Prior to this sale, Aeon Trading LLP held an aggregate of 11,82,76,101 shares, corresponding to 7.99% of the total share capital.
