Official Name Change Announcement

LTIMindtree Limited formally announced a pivotal change in its identity on February 11, 2026. Through a resolution passed by circulation, the Board of Directors approved the immediate transition of the brand name from “LTIMindtree Limited” to “LTM Limited”.

This change is contingent upon subsequent approval from the shareholders via a Postal Ballot and requisite regulatory clearances, which will also necessitate consequential alterations to the Memorandum and Articles of Association.

Vision as the Business Creativity Partner

Accompanying the name change is a redefined positioning. LTM will now be known as the “Business Creativity Partner”. This new identity reflects the organization’s evolution into a unified global powerhouse focused on leveraging technology capabilities and deep domain expertise to create meaningful stakeholder value.

Venu Lambu, CEO & Managing Director, stated that the brand refresh aligns with their aspirations and reinforces commitment to driving business creativity and transformative impact for clients. The call to action associated with this evolution is “It’s time to Outcreate”.

The ‘Outcreate’ Philosophy

The “Outcreate” philosophy encapsulates LTM’s approach for various stakeholders:

  • For Clients: Thinking disruptively, reframing industries, and owning business outcomes through Business Creativity to scale impact, not complexity.
  • For Employees: Applying a creator’s mindset to problem-solving, utilizing AI to help clients move forward with creativity and confidence.

CEO’s Message and Gratitude

In his first official address as CEO, Venu Lambu expressed heartfelt gratitude to shareholders for their unwavering support since the days when LTI and Mindtree operated independently. The company, now operating as a unified entity, is entering its next growth curve. The official documentation confirming these changes, including the CEO’s message and a press release, is enclosed as an Annexure to the regulatory filing.

LTM is described as an AI-centric global technology services company with over 87,000 employees across 40 countries, supported by the strength of being a Larsen & Toubro Company.
