The agreement, effective from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2027, includes an industry-best salary increase of INR 31,000 per month, structured over three years. Long-Term Wage Agreement
Hyundai Motor India Limited (“the Company”) and the United Union of Hyundai Employees (UUHE) have successfully concluded and signed a mutually beneficial wage settlement agreement for the period 2024-2027, as of September 17, 2025.
Key Terms of the Settlement
The long-term wage settlement is effective from April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2027. The revised compensation package includes a top-tier salary increase of INR 31,000/- per month, which is structured over a three-year period in the ratio of 55%, 25%, and 20%.
